Wishing on a Wednesday
Oh please can I stay home today so I can paint my toes red and then create something beautiful? Saturday can't come soon enough!

ReplyDeletei just googled McCall's 5431 skirt pattern, and found a link to your blog...
anyway, i am in the middle of making this skirt, view A, with my friend. we cut the size 8, and when we tried to wrap it around to double-check for fit (before zipper) the darn thing was WAY TOO SMALL!
i ended up cutting another panel to add in to the skirt so it would reach around (my friend is a solid size 8 in jeans, and an 8 or 10 in dresses)
what did we do wrong?
can you help us?
